The initial stage towards transforming your home with JLD is to book a consultation. A fee of $50USD local and $100USD out of town. This consultation consists of approximately a 1 hour visit to your home which allows our team to get acquainted with you and your family, to get a feel of the intended space. It allows us to learn more about you, your ideas, taste, preference and expectations through this journey.

Step 2
Concept
The follow-up consultation reviews discussion points from the initial consultation, and our team will present a mood board. This presentation provides images, sample pieces and design concepts. This will be accompanied by an estimated product quotation. Upon your approval we will send an agreement contract.
Step 3
Contract
We will hand deliver or email you an agreement contract. This contract is to solidify our working relationship. We request a design fee appropriate to the scope of the project, which will be credited to your account, to be paid with the signing for this contract.
Step 4
Project Implementation
Sourcing and purchasing products that will be required for the project. This is where we come to your home and put all the furniture, fixtures and fittings as per design concept. The style part of the journey is the last and most exciting component of the entire design process to transform your vision into your dream home.
